In my opinion, SCCC is an organization for opportunity and challenges in professional career and personnel development. Since joined the company in 1997, I have been challenged to develop myself by taking responsibility through job rotation in different functions e.g. Finance & Investment, Business Risk Management, and Logistics & Exports, where I am currently working. Leadership development at SCCC has been developing through project-based assignment, therefore, I have been assigned to some development and improvement projects, working with cross-functional team. Job rotation and assignment opportunity has brought to me a deep understanding on integrated pictures from company vision / project functional strategic implementation plans and practical action plan, which is very crucial to identifying value propositions to customers’ needs.

In addition to capability development scheme, I have been developed through several seminars and training from in-house training programs, Holcim’s regional and global seminars, including attending courses in oversea leading universities in Europe and Asia to share experiences and best practices which could be effectively applied to my work at SCCC
